What is the difference between the Mash and the Puree?A Mash is our version of Peppers and Vegetables that have been cooked and mashed together, it will maintain visible chunks. It works perfectly as a base for food production that may have additional processing. On the other hand, our Purees is our Mash that has been refined to perfection, during this process all the flavors combine to give a special taste to the palate. Purees will be hotter in spice to the taste as the crushed seeds release more Capsaicin.

How do I know how much Mash or Puree to Use?On average, 1 tablespoon of Puree will substitute 1 whole Pepper. If your recipe or process doesn't require the Mash to be blended, the level of hotness will be slightly lees. Adjust to your liking the first time cooking, from that point on we guarantee our product will have the same level of specifications.
